1. How do I make a purchase?

Please call or email. I will reply as soon as possible.

 

2. How far in advance should I book my date?

As soon as possible. Most brides book their date as soon as they have their special date picked out to ensure their spot is saved.

 

3. Do you take last minute bookings?

I do my best to squeeze everyone in.

 

​4. Is there special care for my bouquet before

shipping? The health of your flowers is absolutely the most important part of this process. A detailed list of instructions for care and shipment will be emailed to you once you have booked your spot.

 

5. Can you work with flowers I have already dried

or pressed? I take these orders on a case by case

basis. Please email recent photos of your dried

flowers to townsendcreations2023@gmail.com

 

6. Can you create something if my wedding has passed and I don’t have my bouquet? Yes! If you need your bouquet recreated, I can work either with your florist or our own. I will need detail photos of your bouquet to create the most accurate

representation.

 

7. When will I receive my order?

Expect 15 to 18 weeks depending on the medium, type of flowers and the size of the arrangement. Orders placed during busy season and around holidays, September-December, require more time. If you need your finished items by a specific date please let me know before ordering so I can confirm I will be able to meet the deadline.

 

8. Refund/Return Policy

Custom-ordered items cannot be returned.
